CCRP HONOURS TWO: Syringa Marshall-Burnett (seated) Director of the Caribbean Community of Retired Persons (CCRP) receives birthday greetings from her CCRP colleagues, led by the organization’s Chair and Vice-Chair, Professor Denise Eldemire-Shearer (4th left) and Aloun Assamba (2nd right), respectively. They are seen at a May 11 CCRP luncheon at Devon House. The event was a farewell function in honour of Mrs. Assamba, Jamaica’s High Commissioner designate to the United Kingdom. She leaves for London later this month.
