Jean Lowrie-Chin is the founder and Managing Director of PROComm, an advertising and PR agency that has served a wide range of local and several international organisations over the past 30 years, and is widely recognised as one of the foremost communications consultancies in the region.Mrs Lowrie-Chin is also the Founder and CEO of the CCRP – Caribbean Community of Retired Persons Limited (CCRP)

 

Mrs Lowrie-Chin is a popular columnist with the Jamaica Observer and the author of ‘Souldance’, a collection of poetry and essays. She is a graduate of Alpha ‘Convent of Mercy’ Academy and the University of the West Indies, where she gained the BA (Hons) and MA degrees. She has a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
